We bought my wife's highlander here and have had great service still to this day. Staff gave us a better deal for what we wanted with more features than the last Toyota dealership we visited. I plan on coming here first for my next vehice.
Friendly Knowledgeable Timely
My husband and I had a great experience with Rick Shepard and the other staff at Gastonia. They thoughtfully answered all our questions and were so helpful. We shopped around at other Toyota dealers in the Charlotte area and their prices were definitely the best. We will definitely go back to them for our future automobile needs.
I had an appointment for 1st service for my 2017 Camry SE. I'd booked another appointment within 90 minutes of my service appointment. I informed Ed in the Service Dept. He made arrangements to get my service completed within my timeframe. In 30 minutes, my car was fully serviced and ready for me to drive away! Taylor also facilitated my service. Awesome customer service!!
Had a recall, went there's and waited for about half an hour and it was already done.
I visited the Service dept. this morning for routine maintenance on my Vehicle. Scott the Service bay consultant was polite and professional. Thanks Scott for making this trip a pleasant experience.
