I had a problem with the turn signal on my Tacoma and it was resolved. Additionally, the service tech coordinator noticed a nail, or screw in my tire and this was fixed.

I had a very good experience purchasing a used Mazda CX-5 through this dealership (Mazda of Gastonia). Dion (salesman) was helpful to me without being at all pushy. I enjoyed getting to know him, and I was very happy with my purchase. The only disappointment was that I didn't learn until the purchase was complete that there was only one key for the car. I would rather have know sooner, since I will need a 2nd key.
I have been using Toyota of Gastonia since I moved here in 2006. I even purchased my first Toyota from them. Since 2006 I have serviced all my cars with them and made sure to purchase several more from them.

I has purchased a new Rav 4 in 2021 at Toyota of Gastonia and was totally satisfied with Rick Shepherd and Toyota of Gastonia that I came back in October of 2022 when I needed a used car for my daughter at college. Rick was very professsional, kind, answered all my calls and emails quickly. He sent me videos of the car and resolved a minor issue I had after I picked up the car. Though this ended up not being the right vehicle for me I want to give this dealership credit for being the most tentative and courteous. The service was carried out very quickly. However, we realized later that we were charged $10 for window tint testing and our car does not have any after market tinting. We also had a warning on dash because the hood was not fully closed. Service advisor was Drew Holstein but he is not listed in the Service Dept.

I have a 2009 Camry which needed a 200K maintenance service. All inspection items were completed except for tires, and everything went perfectly, and in a timely manner. All employees at the dealership were courteous and helpful, especially Mike, my new service advisor. We agreed together on what needed to get done, and he also helped me price some tires for my next visit. Glad to be back, and hopefully it will just be oil changes for my next visits in the future. The car is rock in’ like new now!
