Great people, clean shop, the service team and technicians answered all my technical questions, pleasant experience overall. And maintaining an older Toyota SUV (or most any 10 year old vehicle with 133K miles) is expensive, however, it sure beats having a monthly new car payment!

I had them donew car 5000 mile service on our 2020 Prius which was purchased at another dealer. Records of previous service on other vehicles came up and made registration of this car less time consuming. The only issue I have is I did not receive a line by line tasks performed summary.

I returned for a recall that was identified during a service visit the previous week. It was returned when promised in clean condition with no issues. I am a little disappointed that the only notification from Toyota was that a recall for stalling was in effect with no remedy available. Toyota of Gastonia informed me that the recall was for replacing the fuel pump and parts were available.

I had tire blow on I85. I called dealership, talked with Jimisha. She was very nice and informative. She gave me the tow service’s phone number, Jack’s Tow. He came promptly, put my spare tire on, noticed that I was handicap and on walker and could not get in his truck beside the very busy interstate, so he followed me to the dealership. I bought a set of tires after Jimisha presented several options and was out promptly in 2 hours on a Saturday holiday weekend. Many, many thanks to Jimisha and Jack’s Tow!!

The service department was very friendly and very professional. I arrived early for my oil change with a coupon. During the check it was discovered my battery was low and that my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I asked for an explanation about the lifetime battery and the standard battery.
